  1 Overview of residual current electrical fire monitoring system

  The ARCM residual current type electrical fire monitoring device is installed in a 0.4kV low-voltage power distribution system to detect electrical parameters related to electrical fire hazards such as residual current and temperature in TN-CS, TN-S and local TT systems. When the monitoring device parameter in the protection line exceeds the alarm setting value, an alarm and control signal can be generated to eliminate the electrical fire hazard caused by the residual current. The product adopts RS485 bus for communication, and can be combined with other monitoring alarms, monitoring units or monitoring hosts to form a fire monitoring system. The centralized bus type information management mode or functional partition type information management mode can be selected according to user needs.

  Applicable to intelligent buildings, high-rise apartments, hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, national key fire-fighting units, petrochemicals, culture, education, health, finance, telecommunications, etc., in line with GB 14287.2-2005 "Electrical fire monitoring system Part 2: Residual current Standard for electrical fire monitoring detectors and GB 13955-2005 "Installation and operation of residual current operated protective devices".

  4.1 ARCM100-Z monitoring detector

  4.1.1 Features

  ● It has various protection functions such as residual current protection, temperature protection, overvoltage protection, phase loss protection and overcurrent protection.

  ● Real-time measurement of the three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, power, four-quadrant power, fundamental wave, total harmonic energy and other electrical parameters of the loop;

  ● Provide three-way switch input function, which can connect fire-fighting linkage signal and smoke alarm signal, realize high-reliability and realize remote control of fire-fighting system through device, forcibly cut off power supply at fault point;

  ● Relay protection output: It has the functions of alarm output and trip output, and can feedback the switch status to the fire protection system;

  ● Adopt advanced fieldbus communication technology, the upper computer management software can monitor the running status of the site in real time and issue alarm information in time;

  ● With event storage function, the alarm can record the time, type, parameter and phase sequence of the alarm. According to the alarm record, the power consumption of the site can be analyzed to provide a basis for eliminating the fault.

  ● Real-time temperature monitoring function, online detection of the sensor, sensor disconnection, short-circuit will send an alarm signal;

  ● Power-down protection function, when the monitoring device is in the alarm state, it will encounter the power-off condition. The alarm state before the power-off will be maintained at the next power-on to prevent the alarm from being invalid due to power failure, reset, etc.

  4.4.1 Features
